The Human Behind the Designs

As I studied computer science, I realised I was less interested in technology itself and more interested in how people learn, understand, and use it. I gravitated toward work that involved explaining complex ideas, designing experiences, and supporting others through learning. That pull eventually led me into an instructional systems track — a space where my technical background and creative instincts finally aligned.

Since then, I’ve worked across universities, global organisations, and consultancies — designing online / offline / blended courses, enterprise learning programs, and faculty development initiatives. Today, my work sits at the intersection of learning strategy, instructional design, and educational technology, with a focus on building learning experiences that are thoughtful, scalable, and grounded in real outcomes. I’m passionate about how design, data, and emerging technologies can be used responsibly to support meaningful learning.
